Changes from the individual episodes include typo fixes and one re-thought romanization. Patches for said episodes can be found here:

Oh, yes. The pun involving the orchestra was one of the reasons for the delay. The following is a rough rendition of it in English, but in the end I decided against using it. If you like it, praise cryptw for the idea on IRC.
